Indie Music Spotlight: Jimmy Lee

Posted by admin on December 11, 2016 Indie Music Spotlight: Jimmy Lee

From South Carolina comes the ambition of a hip hop stunna called Jimmy Lee. Jimmy Lee found his passion for music at the age of 9, where he first began to put the art of putting his flows together. With influences like UGK, Outkast, The Hot Boys, and Tupac, Jimmy Lee has begin to craft his style in the image of hip hop legends.

Now, Jimmy Lee looks to take the game by storm. He has found his sound, a message of unity and prosperity mixed with ultra-realism street reporting. The love for his craft is evident, as he continues to gain momentum and get key views on his social media channels. (as of today +1700 subscribers on youtube with over 20k views)

Simply put, Jimmy Lee is creating his lane. He shows his versatility with melodic songs like “Ghetto” and “Stressin”, and shows he can turn up with songs like “Ugh” and “IDK”, and he can tone it down with laid back tracks like “Choices”.

Reppin the streets of SC, Jimmy Lee is what you call an MC, spitting his own style and game to the masses, and building a strong case on his efforts to build mass appeal. Check out some of his music videos, and be on the look out for his music on STREETSILL.COM and Radio Stations near you.
