Streets ill healthy tips: Limes

Posted by admin on October 21, 2012

Limes, a citrus fruit in the same family as lemon and oranges, grow all year, especially in Florida and California, which are the main producers of this fruit in the United States.

They are one of natures most alkalinizing foods, a reason why they are good for anyone with acidemia. In addition, they are good for those suffering from arthritis because of their high vitamin C content. A drink of cool lime water, or lime juice and whey, is a great cooler for the brain and nervous system, as limes can be used to treat brain fever or people who are mentally ill. They are good for a brain with a great deal of hot blood in it, which usually shows itself in the form of hate, anger and other brain disturbances. Limes are a great sedative for those suffering from these types of afflictions.
